Classification Categories
The department classifies private training institutions into three categories based on evaluation results:
Category One:
-
Performance and Facilities: Exceptional performance with strengths in all areas. They can also apply for professional program licenses.

-
Requirement: Institutions must achieve a score between 75% and less than 85% on the classification form.
Category Three:
-
Performance and Facilities: Good performance, where strengths outweigh weaknesses. Institutions may only offer local courses with the approval of relevant authorities and cannot open additional branches unless they are reclassified to Category One or Two.
-
Requirement: Institutions must achieve a score between 60% and less than 75% on the classification form.
